Project Update:
Underground Burst - Hazel Way
On the 24/08/2026, LBS were made aware of a potential underground leak affecting the area of Hazel Way.
OCO LTD were dispatched to site to investigate and locate where the issue was originating from.
After extensive surveys, OCO LTD were able to locate the area of pipework which had burst. OCO LTD will remain on site until a suitable repair can be instigated. The extent of the underground burst can be witnessed in the below video, taken by operatives on site:
Residents experiencing a drop in service within properties along Hazel Way are encouraged to report the issue to Southwark Council's contact centre.

On 29th of July 2026, engineers from Southwark Council, our design consultants (TDC) and specialist contractor (OCO Ltd) visited the estate to review the proposed route for the new underground pipework. This visit helped us to identify any potential issues before the work begins.
We'd like to thank the residents who kindly allowed access to their homes . Your support is helping us plan the works carefully and reduce disruption wherever possible.
