If you live, work or go to school in Southwark, tell us what you think of our drug and alcohol services for young people and play a part in helping us to design our future services for young people aged 10 – 24 years old.

Who is the survey for?

• Complete the young people’s survey – for young people aged 10 – 24 years

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

The consultation closes on 30 September 2025.

If you provide your email address you can enter a prize draw for a £50 One4All voucher. The draw will take place on 7 October 2025 date and the winner will be notified by email by 10 October 2025.
