What We Are Doing To Keep You Safe

While we prepare to remove the external wall covering, extra safety measures are already in place.

Extra Monitoring and Security

  • More visits from Resident Services Officers (RSOs) and Building Safety Managers (BSMs)
  • Night-time security patrols
  • Regular checks to keep communal areas clear and safe

Fire Safety Improvements

  • Smoke and heat alarms are being installed in all homes where needed
  • Weekly fire safety inspections
  • Updated fire safety signs
  • Person-Centred Fire Risk Assessments (PCFRAs) for residents who many need help in an emergency
