Planned Building Safety Work Timelines

There will be 3 Building Safety works programmes resulting from surveys. These are:

Building Safety Investigatory Works

Scheduled Investigatory Works: Intrusive: Structural Investigations and Monitoring of the building.

Impact on Residents: There will be workers on site and you may notice some minor noise and dust.

Timeline: These works are currently in procurement, with timelines to be updated.

Building Safety Remediation Works: Visual Structural Survey

Scheduled Works: Repairs to isolated defects found during the visual structural survey.

Impact on Residents: We’ll provide more information once the findings from the report are available.

Timeline: The survey programme is still underway. Once this is completed, actions will included in the Capital Works Programme for 2026-2029

Building Safety Remediation Works: Type 4 Fire Risk Assessment

Scheduled Works: Remediation works based on findings from the Type 4 Fire Risk Assessment inspection.

Impact on Residents: This will depend on the specific works identified.

Timeline: Currently in procurement, timeline to follow.
