London Craft Beer Festival 2026

The council has received an application from an event promoter (We Are Beer Ltd), requesting to hold London Craft Beer Festival 2026 in Southwark Park in July 2026.

The application is being processed in accordance with the council's Outdoor Events Policy and the council's Events team is consulting with stakeholders so that they have an opportunity to comment on the application and event proposals that have been put forward.

All responses to the consultation will be recorded and a ‘consultation findings’ report will be published once feedback has been reviewed. The review process involves collating feedback from a number of council teams and external agencies - the aim will be to publish the report as soon as possible after the consultation has closed and no later than the 31 January 2026. The report will be published on this site.

While individual responses may be referenced in the report, anything that might personally identify a respondent will be removed or redacted.

It is the intention to circulate details of this consultation broadly in order to hear the views and opinions of as many people as possible; please pass on details of this consultation to those that might be interested in taking part. 

The Council's Events team will be facilitating two community engagement sessions on Tuesday 25 November. The sessions will enable people to learn more about plans for the event direct from the event organisers.

The first session will be online (via MS Teams), starting at 12pm.

The second session will take place in-person at Canada Water Library, starting at 6:30pm.
