Great Estate Aylesbury phase 4 programme of works

The Great Estates programme invests social value into our estates by working in partnership with our residents to improve neighbourhoods by developing projects to address the need and priorities of residents.

When determining social value, the council looks at the different areas that benefit and add value to resident’s health & wellbeing, environment, and opportunities within their local community

The Aylesbury Estate phase 4 has been selected for the next programme of Great Estates works.

The programme will help support residents on the Aylesbury to make improvements which we hope will help to counteract reported ASB issues as well as providing the opportunity to create and manage spaces that will be of benefit and enjoyment.

Changes will be resident led and may include better use of vacant public spaces, including gardening and food growing, new and improved play areas, deployment of LED lighting, improved waste management, an increase in recycling and reduction in fly tipping.

The programme encourages residents to get involved in having a say and to be part of their local community.

Share your views on how, what and where the improvements should take place on the Aylesbury Estate phase 4.

Have a say and improve the use of public spaces, including gardening and food growing, new and improved play areas, communal spaces, deployment of LED lighting and improve waste management on your estate with an increase in recycling and reduction in fly tipping.

The online survey will run for one month, for residents who have not been able to attend the face-to-face workshop events we have been organising on the estate.
