Drone Art Show with Candlelight Concert 2025

The council has received an application from an event promoter, FEVER (Kzemos UK), who is requesting to hold a three day ticketed, drone art show with candlelight concert event in Dulwich Park in September 2025.

Events dates and times:

Onsite: From Wednesday 24 September 2025

Live shows: Between Thursday 25 & Sunday 28 September 2025*

Currently scheduled to be: Thursday 25, Friday 26 and Saturday 27 September

Offsite: By Monday 29 September 2025

*The event is weather dependant. Up to 3 x shows will take place between Thursday and Sunday – the dates for setting up and clearing down the event would adjust accordingly.

Doors open: 6:30pm

Show starts: 8:15pm*

Duration of show: 65 mins

Doors close: 10:30pm

*the park is closed to the general public at this time

Set up and break down periods: the area marked by a Red line in Appendix 1 shows where the primary event site is - park users would have no access to this space between Wednesday 24 or Thursday 25 - Sunday 28 or Monday 29. The area marked by the small Black rectangle within the Green and Yellow box on the map in Appendix 2 would also be inaccessible to park users on Wednesday 24 or Thursday 25 and Sunday 28 or Monday 29.

In accordance with the council's Outdoor Events Policy, the council's Events team is consulting with stakeholders so that they have an opportunity to comment on the application and event proposals that have been put forward.

All responses to the consultation will be recorded and a ‘consultation findings’ report will be published once feedback has been reviewed. The review process involves collating feedback from a number of council teams and external agencies - the aim will be to publish the report as soon as possible after the consultation has closed. The report will be circulated to all those who have taken part in the consultation (if they have provided an email address) and published on this site.

While individual responses may be referenced in the report, anything that might personally identify a respondent will be removed or redacted.

It is the intention to circulate details of this consultation broadly in order to hear the views and opinions of as many people as possible; please pass on this information to anyone you think might be interested in taking part.

The event operators will be facilitating a community engagement session on Wednesday 20 August 2025 at the Francis Peek Centre in Dulwich Park.
