Cycle Parking Survey

The London Borough of Southwark is committed to supporting active travel, including cycling, as part of its broader vision for a more sustainable and accessible transport network. To help achieve this, Southwark Council are conducting a Southwark Cycle Parking Survey to assess the availability and accessibility of cycle parking infrastructure within the Borough as part of a broader study to inform future requirements

A key part of this survey is to gather insights into cycle parking from those that live, work and travel through Southwark, regardless of whether you cycle or not. Therefore, this questionnaire lies at the heart of the study to engage local stakeholders, to capture perceptions of cycle parking at different locations and to maximise the quality and quantity of the information collected.

This survey aims to receive responses from across a broad range of stakeholders including students, residents and employees, surrounding key focus areas, to:

  • Understand the attitudes towards cycling and cycle parking facilities at key sites within Southwark.
  • Assess the current cycle parking provision and identifying any gaps.

Please note that if you have any specific suggestions for locations for future cycle hangars, you can submit them here: cycle hangar suggestions.

By completing this survey, you could be in with a chance to win one of three £50 Sainsburys vouchers. Simply complete the survey and provide your email address at the end to be in with a chance to win.
