Culture Together Grantee Survey

The Southwark Council Culture team is seeking feedback on its current grants programme.

Our records show that you applied for and/or received funding in one or more of the last three rounds (2024/25, 2025/26, 2026/27). We are interested in your experience of applying, communicating with us, and (if applicable) managing the grant, as part of our continuous service improvement.

There are 35 questions (and optional 13 Equality Monitoring questions). It should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

Your responses will be anonymised and used to improve future rounds.
