We've already done a general survey about passenger experiences, and we've applied a lot of learning from that which will help guide the next steps in the project.

Better Bus Southwark is our partnership with TfL to improve bus services, road safety and passenger experience on a road corridor between London Bridge and the South Circular, via Elephant and Castle, Camberwell Green and Lordship Lane.
Over the next few years we'll be taking a range of steps to improve services, informed by what residents and passengers tell us.
