Council Homes Investment Plan - your priorities

The council continues to deliver works across the borough to ensure we meet the enhanced statutory requirements around building safety and fire safety. We are also working hard across all other health and safety areas, like gas and electrical checks.

That means we are having to spend a significant percentage of our budget on these areas of work. The safety of our residents is our number one priority.

However, we want to do more than just ensure your homes are safe to live in. We want to make sure you live in a quality home, within thriving communities that are sustainable into the future, and support your health and wellbeing.
