Adult social care services survey

We want to talk about how our adult social care offer can work best in the future, and what role you and other parts of the community will play. We particularly want to hear from Southwark residents or people who are interested in social care services in the borough.

Supporting all of our residents to thrive over the course of their lifetimes - to start well, live well and age well - is a key priority in Southwark.

We know that the best way to achieve this is by working together.

Everyone has a role to play in helping each other to live a good life, including residents, family and friends, communities, high quality adult social services, the wider council and other public sector organisations - like the NHS.

Adult social care is the range of services that support adults (age 18+) with care and support needs (related to old age, physical and learning disabilities, sensory, mental health or substance misuse needs) to live independently.

We want to talk about how our adult social care offer can work best in the future, and what role you and other parts of the community will play. We particularly want to hear from Southwark residents or people who are interested in social care services in the borough.

This survey is your opportunity to think about the future across a broad range of issues and opportunities that contribute to people living a good life. We will also bring together findings from previous related surveys and plans to support this work.
