Have Your Say on the design layout for the Burgess Park outdoor cooking area
The outdoor cooking area with electric hotplates opened as a trial in August 2024 in Burgess Park, at the corner of Wells Way and Albany Road.
Public consultation was undertaken to evaluate the facility from August to late October 2024. The feedback from the trial was very positive and has informed the decision to make the outdoor cooking area a permanent feature and to undertake further public consultation for a phase 2 of the project.
We would like to know what facilities we should incorporate, this could include additional electric hotplates, landscape improvements, signage and furniture.
