Walworth road is very dirty

From travelling by bus from London Bridge, Blackfriars, or Waterloo, Walworth Road is the first area in southeast London that appears visibly impoverished. The street is often marked by rubbish piled near bus stops, overflowing bins, and people rummaging through waste. Food scraps, vomit, and general litter are frequently scattered across the pavement, particularly between 2 - 4pm.
The street view is a low quality experience from the types of shops, the rubbish and the visibly troubled individuals.
This is especially disappointing given the level of investment that has gone into redeveloping SE17. Despite this, many businesses do not seem to have adequate waste disposal arrangements. There should be stricter enforcement and better regulation of how commercial waste is managed in the area.
A suggestion is for the council to convert 2 of the shops on/ near Walworth road into waste centres for the business because they might not have any place to put their rubbish, thereby removing the opportunities for the garbage to be scattered across the street.
