The pedestrianised section of Townsend street would be ideal for some bike hangars - nice wide walkways provide plenty of space. This is a densely populated areas with many of multiple occupancy flats nearby - immediate residents in Charlotte Court and other council and private buildings nearby would easily make use of the bike storage spaces!
