The Bakerloop was introduced to add capacity along the Old Kent Road, where the Bakerloo line extension is (supposedly) going to be built.
Considering that there was a route to Camberwell originally proposed, maybe ax express route from London Bridge to Clapham is needed? This route is always very busy and is only served by just the 35, especially when there are issues with the tube or during strikes.
Would be useful for customers that just want to get up to the tube at E+C or into the city where the rail connections are.
