Somewhere in Bywater Place

There are no hangars in Bywater Place whereas a lot of people cycle here. There are other hangars on Rotherhithe road, but there are stairs to access them and they already have long waiting lists. There is bay here for rental cycles, why couldn't there be a hangar as well so people who don't have garages can own their own cycles. Currently there is no safe space to park.
