Seating at Elephant and Castle

Why not use the muddy area currently under the trees to lay out lovely seating for those of us who have to hop to another bus at Elephant and Castle. The area under the trees is wasted, because it’s just mud, but there is nowhere for us to sit down. For want of some simple planning, this interchange could be a lot more convenient for us passengers. Thank you!
