Rude Drivers, I habe been seeing a female black bus driver who must be around 40 and every time she is on the route 21

There is a female Black driver aged around 40, who when she is on route 21, she always drives pass the Bricklayers Arms stop even though her bus is empty with no one standing and in many cases there are empty seats. She has been on this route for a number of years as I remember my husband complaining about her also back in 2020. This type of be haviour is totally unacceptable and my thing is if you don't like your job then leave and give it to someone who will enjoy it. The worst thing is she is still on the bus as I had to use Route 21 a few months back and she is still there so obviously no one is complaining but I am.
