Quicker/easier route to tube/central London

There’s a particular travel dead zone south of Underhill road where train and tubes are at least a 20 minute walk (to east dulwich) and longer the further south you go. I’d simply like to propose a bus route that links this area better with Brixton tube station, for quicker access from SE to central and North London.

the overground and thameslink are handy but getting to Peckham or Denmark Hill requires a bus through traffic heavy lordship lane or Peckham rye - and then the thameslink service isby frequent enough and the overground is temperamental at the best of times. The 37 is good I realise but only really serves south of Underhill road. I think a simpler route over to Brixton for the blue rocket that goes down Lordship lane would be welcome
