P4 bus is atrocious

The P4 bus route has got to be the worst route on the whole TfL bus network. It's supposed to run every 10-13minutes during peak times. I've often had to wait up to an hour for a bus. I've had to reorganise my whole life to just avoid this route because it's so unreliable. The buses are also in a bad state of repair. There are so many times I've seem plumes of smoke pouring out the back of them. Seriously, TfL and the Mayor bring in ULEZ, when the buses are the biggest polluters, and its not because the buses are a problem, they just aren't being maintained in a roadworthy condition.
