One or two hangars in Fairing Green Community Gardens

I would like to suggest a few cycle hangars in Fairing Green Community Gardens or surroundings (such as Fair Street) to accommodate residents of Devon Mansions, including myself in block 19. Unfortunately the blocks lack any sort of secure storage outside of people's flats for cycles. There are no areas within the blocks our outside such as communal bike rooms, lockers or storage rooms of any kind, and I struggle to store my bike in my small flat. I know this is also an issue for other residents of my block. Locking cycles outdoors over long periods or even overnight is not safe - I have witnessed one bike being stolen in this location in the past year and I myself have had a bike stolen.

I believe this is an ideal location as it is off the street, not in the way of any traffic, and the 'garden' is a largely unused space where many residents are already locking their bikes to railings as they also struggle to find alternative locations to lock their bikes. I believe there is ample space for multiple hangars in or near this location and this would greatly benefit the residents of my block and neighbouring blocks. I have included a google street view of the gardens to show the space.

Alternatively, Fair Street which is just off of Fairing Green is a very quiet street with a lot of unused parking spaces and open spaces, if Fairing Green is not an option for whatever reason. Myself and the residents of my block would be very appreciative of hangars in this location as it would solve storage issues for many of us.
