More cycle hangars on council blocks

So many of us, of all ages (and particularly less able-bodied and elderly) would benefit from more cycle hangars on council blocks, as cycle hangars could store tricycles too. This tiny bit of extra exercise would be really beneficial, but impossible with no balcony, no lift, no alternative secure storage. Some of the car parking spaces could be easily freed up for cycle hangars.
