More cycle hangars on council blocks

So many of us, of all ages (and particularly less able-bodied and elderly) would benefit from more cycle hangars on council blocks, as cycle hangars could store tricycles too. This tiny bit of extra exercise would be really beneficial, but impossible with no balcony, no lift, no alternative secure storage. Some of the car parking spaces could be easily freed up for cycle hangars.

@Michael Walls Oh, agree absolutely. The less we need to rely on motorised transports, the more human (and animal and plant) our neighbourhoods can become.
The hangars may seem as a baby step but for many, would be a life-changer as would break through the isolation of less able-bodied, improve physical and mental health, more people out and about is more people engaging with local life, including spending money, etc.
