More buses
From "Better Bus Southwark Section 2 - Elephant and Castle to Camberwell"

When catching a bus in the morning from Camberwell to Elephant and Castle I often find these have standing room only, the only bus that normally has seats is the 148 but it’s full be Elephant.
With the 45 now stopping at Camberwell there are less options to go north.
