There are long waiting lists and there is a bit of a blank space around Oglander/Maxted/Adys/Nutbrook/Howden street etc.
There is a great space which wouldn't take any car parking space - where there are open cycling racks between Oglander and Adys Road. This isn't as secure for residents as parts are stolen e.g. wheels and seats when locking bikes here.
