Our Vision.

·      Make our current premises more accessible to a wider audience by improving access with a clear entry point into the building (currently fire exit doors). Improving access with wider doors and step free entry points. Creation of accessible toilet facility and opening the floor layout into an open plan space.

·      Equip the premises to accommodate various activities, from meetings, social gatherings and recreational activity space, expanding the capability for the club to offer additional youth events.

·      Modernising the premises to make it a more welcoming and comfortable environment to accommodate the needs and interests of children and young people in the area.

·      Improve the catering facilities, expanding the clubs’ capabilities of providing basic refreshment and various cooking activities and events for children and young people to take part in. Improving hygiene standards with stainless steel worktops.

·      Continue to be relevant in this age of digital technology so children and young people can interact and socialise in a safe environment.

With fewer and fewer youth clubs around, the need for a safe space for young people is increasing.

Grove Vale Youth Club is a safe place for children aged 3 upwards. Lots of different activities. My children have spent years attending the youth club and have gained so much and have had plenty of fun. A
