Rather than “improve” getting to the bus stops or bus stop shelters add to the capacity.
I’ve just got on a 185 from East Dulwich station to Victoria and had to go upstairs for a seat - 0715 on a Sunday.
The frequency of the 484 has been reduced. I never see an empty one at East Dulwich station in either direction.
