Buses always full when they reach London Bridge so commuters going North to Liverpool St can't get on

Currently there are 2 main problems on the buses from London Bridge going up to Liverpool Street:

1. Not frequent enough at peak times. People are having to wait for 3 or 4 buses to go past before they can board.
2. Cyclists don't stay out of bus lanes which slow the buses down. Buses should have priority over other forms of transport given they are the most efficient method of mass transport.
