The Event Organiser will be hosting an additional community engagement session:
When: Tuesday 8th July between 5pm - 7pm
Where: The venue is still to be confirmed but details will be communicated to the RALLY stakeholder list and anyone else who RSVP’s to the meeting.

This will be an opportunity for the council and the Event Organisers to update on the application and consultation process and answer any further questions about event plans.
The council will make a final decision as to whether an Events Licence will be granted at the earliest Monday 14 July 2025.
Event date: July 8th, 2025 from 16:00 to 18:00.
